We’re Hiring: Performance Marketer

We’re looking for a young, hands-on Performance Marketer to join our team.

This is not a role for someone who only knows how to “boost a post.” We’re looking for someone who understands leads, campaigns, creatives, targeting, optimisation and performance.

What we’re looking for

Experience

• Minimum 15 months of experience in a digital/performance marketing agency
• Hands-on experience with Meta Lead Generation & Google Ads
• Experience working on campaigns targeting Australia, USA and/or India
• Experience across one or more of these sectors:
  • Real Estate
  • D2C / Clothing
  • SaaS
  • Tourism

Skills

• Meta Ads & Lead Generation
• Google Ads
• Basic Canva skills
• Ability to use ChatGPT / Claude effectively for content, campaign ideas and creative development
• Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
• Strong analytical and optimisation mindset

Education

BSc / BBA / BCom or equivalent.

Your degree matters less to us than your ability to communicate, think and execute.

Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.

Work Details

Location: Kolkata

Working Hours: 12 PM – 9 PM

Work Mode: Hybrid

2 days/week from our office

1 day/week at the client’s office

There will be pressure.

We work with real clients, real budgets and real performance targets. Deadlines can be tight, campaigns can go wrong, and sometimes you’ll need to figure things out quickly.

If you enjoy learning, taking ownership and solving problems under pressure, you'll probably enjoy working with us.
